Responsibilities:

• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
• Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
• Support on-line customers by setting appointments
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of automotive sales experience or luxury sales experience
• Effective communication and technically proficient with computers and phones
• Capable of compiling information to generate and build a customer deal
• Upholds remarkable professionalism, integrity, ethics, and equality
• Available to work 40+ hours per week including some evenings and weekends
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report (MVR)
• Valid driver’s license with a quality driving record

• Track all walk-in leads.
• Maintain a clean reception area.
• Direct and greet all visitors.
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

COMPENSATION:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $9.00 - $13.00 per hour
