Mr. Lopez acknowledged me immediately. He was friendly, professional and informative. He set the expected wait time and offered me options. I was happily surprised that my car was returned to me clean inside and out. The only improvement I will suggest it to replace the black chairs (Williamson Cadillac) in the waiting area. They were really uncomfortable.

All good with exception a very long 3 1/2 hour wait. Brought car in at 11:00 AM for regular 50K mile check up oil change etc... when done had to wait 1 extra hour for tire leak issue. I was told tire dept was closed from 12:30 to 1:30

I took in my Hummer for standard maintenance, basically a tire rotation , I made the mistake of ask h how long it would take , and my rep thought I was bringing it in , for an issue , which I actually do have issues , and he came back with it will Most likely take a month , that is the back long we have , so I opted not the tell him about the issue , and just had them do the service , because I needed the car for the holiday season , that being said , the fact that he gave me a time table like makes me feel that the dealership is not equipped to handle EV cars , I hope I am wrong about this , but a month seems like a long time to fix an issue on a car with 6k miles ,

The service team at Williamson is the best in the industry.

Appointment at 10 am-I was on time- took shuttle to Merrick park to shop-Uber back at 11:40- have receipt on phone- was was still in same spot at 10 am!!! Inquired as to what was going on. Was told you have only one picoscope. Car was then brought back to service. 45 minutes later it was finished Waited another 10 minutes to have it brought up to valet area. Traveled from key largo-ocean reef- for appointment -would have arrived at noon and saved two hours. Not what I expect from one of the top GMC dealerships in Miami. Appreciate what you did, but will I return for the next oil change and/or service???? Good Question!! (If you only have one pico, then spread schedule out. I understand its warranty service- another issue with GM-85K Denali with potentially bad engine)

Everyone was very professional and kind. Both my husband and I are handicap and someone voluntarily drove up on a golf cart and took us to the door of the Service Department (I feel Horrible that I did not ask his name). Our Service Advisor was John Varela. He was outstanding. He gave us an estimated time when our vehicle would be completed and fast. We were able to have a loaner which was needed, since we had multiple doctor appointments while the vehicle was being services. EXCELLENT experience. Highly recommend.

My Buick Envision had to go back to the repair shop once again on Monday, December 8th, due to software problems and a faulty tire pressure sensor. The combination of Yorny Fundora, Luis Carbonell and Jermaine Chambers was like no other!! They made me feel comfortable about my first solo purchase. I explained what I was looking for car wise and price wise, and they went above and beyond. Offered me various quotes and showed that my choice wasnt the best and that they had my best interest at heart and offered me a better deal than I had hoped for! When I got the car back the digital speedometer was off and had the tire pressure indicator instead. I tried for an hour to change it and couldn’t.

It went well the car was done in a reasonable amount of time. You do need to remove the offer of supplying a loaner car if you are only going to offer rentals and at what price.

Storm Adams was OUTSTANDING. Bless his heart. Very patient and explained things thoroughly. This was a very big step for me. Storm made my experience one to remember. I was recommended to him by one of his repeat clients. On the other hand you have the finance manager who I didn’t feel very comfortable with. Not sure if he was having a bad day or if he was upset but the process was very rushed maybe he had to leave somewhere and he wasn’t pleasant, borderline rude. Would not want to give him my business or send any of my family members his way. Maybe if o was financing more money or adding gap insurance or warranty he would be nicer. Who knows.

I have to tell you. I showed up at the dealership service department without an appointment at around 8:30AM. I thought I was going to be there all day. Boy, was I wrong, my Sierra HD 2500 received its first full service in less than two hours. PLEASE try to always schedule your service appointment so everything goes smoothly.

Received a call that the car was ready, however only one issue was addressed and the car had to be returend to service again causing massive Waste of time and delayed with personal obligations.

It took two weeks and one day to find out what the problem was for a water leak that was coming from the windshield. I was informed on Monday 01/26/2026. The carpet was supposed to be cleaned and sanitized due to the water leak but as of today the car has a smell that didn't have before. The price was outrageous for what it was not to mention that there was a charge on the bill that was added and it appears to be it was for the windshield Installation that was not performed as I instructed since I needed my car back. I had a rental at my own expense for 15 days!

Looks like this dealer forgot how to give customer service. Took my car for an oil change and was having an issue with the mirror on driver door. First they act like they are paying for the service. Second they oiled my mirrors and let it drip all over my car and have it to me just like that saying it was water. That is not professional at all

The only reason I put five stars is because of the outstanding service that my service advisor has always provided. Her name is Carmen. This visit was especially disturbing because my car came back in worse condition than when I turned it in…..the interior was filthy… no care was taken to pick up objects that they obviously let fall out of my center console. The center console that was fixed is now broken on another side, and there was a part missing above the area where I charge my phone….it was squished into the center console. Significant The TV camera was being crushed by the car seat because the technician decided to push the passenger seat all the way back into the rear car seat. (I found it like that) Is there damage on the TV? I don’t even want to check. There is a question on my oil change. No response. This is just a little bit of what I experienced. My car was in the dealership for almost 3 weeks and the first week it just sat there because according to Rolando, the Supervisor, no technician was assigned. Why??? No response. I don’t need to tell anyone that I really need my vehicle and did not want to wait so long. Definitely you have a problem with the technicians and basic communication at Williamson. My rearview mirror was replaced and painted and is in excellent shape. It seems that the only thing that was paid for and not in warranty was done correctly. Seems interesting. To be fair, this is my regular dealership, and I have never experienced such problems. I would definitely check into the technicians because they obviously don’t care.

Really disappointed. I brought in my vehicle in a tow truck due to it not being drivable, had previously spoken with representative that I was going to go. When I arrived, no loaner cars when they had said I could get a loaner over the phone. Then 3 weeks later, still no response about my car. Then I got a call and said "your vehicle is ready." to which I replied, "I still don't even know what was wrong with it." It just felt like the rep didn't care and the amount of cars at the location left me wondering if the quality of vehicles have diminished greatly!

Although the problem with my car was serious, Yair—the service department representative—was always very communicative and helpful. The staff in the loaner department also did a great job. They turned what could have been a truly bad experience with my car into a process that wasn't so bad after all. I wouldn't buy the same car again, but I would definitely do business with Williamson many more times.

Arrived early for first service on vehicle purchased there. Service writer acknowledged it was my first service which should be free. Told me it wasn’t too busy and that I could wait. Got a text asking me if I wanted updates on the status of my car and responded yes. Never received any status updated. Never saw original service writer that did my intake again. Three hours later I went up to the service desk and asked someone else if my car was ready. It was and likely had been for some time. Went to pick up my car and the payment desk tried to charge me for my first service. Had to go back to service desk to get it straightened out. Why would I come back after that experience?

Well not good this particular time I bring the truck for service , I was charged extra for the tire rotation because this truck Is a Dually, The tire rotation never was completed, I called the service advisor and she says that the technician says it was done. I’m a customer that in the past 7 years I bought 4 cars from your dealership, I’m very disappointed with this service and the lack of professionalism and customer service that your dealership is know for.

Erik is my usual service tech and when I went in without an appt for service he was at lunch but came out to take care of me when he could have had someone else help me. I really appreciated his help.
