It was great. Jimmy was amazing, and his assistant Omar was just as attentive. Jimmy took over my sale from another agent, and he was so on top and called me every couple of days to give me an exact update of where my car was in the production stage and delivery. Omar called and did all the paperwork over the phone and processed everything so efficiently. He personally delivered my car and took the time to explain every detail and aspect of the car even when my kids were jumping and screaming all over the car. Jimmy made the experience really personal. He and Omar answered my calls and texts immediately. I will recommend him and his team to all my friends. I loved my first experience with Williamson Cadillac .

When we came into the dealership we were not certain if we would purchase a Cadallic or Buick and if we would buy or lease.....there was no pressure and we were able to compare models....we finally decided on the Buick LaCrosse and signed on for the Buick Experience (a 2 year lease with OnStar, Maintenance and Sirus Radio provided).....we were given extensive information on all options available and never felt uncomfortable during the process....also, since we live in Collierville, Tn. there is a Buick dealership located very near our home...such convenience!!
I been doing business with u guys for a long time love the service have buy and lease a total of more than 10 cars and recommend a lot more than that today I had a very bad experience with u emergency service. I have deal with this service before and never had a problem today I am so up set that I don't even want to said anything to disrespect or retreat because every body else is exelent and the act of one person shouldn't. Be reflect or compare to the rest ,on Monday I will deal with it accordingly
The purchase of a new Yukon 2012, was an unexpected great experience. Omar Barbachan was an outstanding salesman that made the buying process a very positive event. Omar was very knowledgable of providing information about the advantages of GMC compared to other models. Omar was very courteous and determined to make this customer satisfied with the price and financing. I would recommend all of my family and friends to purchase a vehicle from Williamson Cadillac and GMC. New car sales manager Pete was also very helpful in providing the advantages of purchasing my new Yukon.
All I can say is, "Exceptional Service". Celida Naranjo made my car buying experience unforgettable. I have purchased and attempted to purchase many vehicles over the course of years. Celida's calm, soothing, professional demeanor made the process interestingly comfortable, minus any pressure. I normally inherit an instantaneous headache during car purchasing, but not with Celida. The car and terms I wanted were met beyond my expectations. She really worked to satify my needs as a consumer. I feel I not only have a phenomenal saleswoman, but a new friend. Ms. Naranjo is a delightful pleasure to work with and being as I was referred by my mother, I will definitely refer others to Celida. My sentiments exceed greatness with Celida's and Williamson's Cadillac exemplary care.

Once we had a deal which happened immediately I asked for a quick paperwork process.
Mark and his team made it happen. Luis had the car and paperwork waiting for me. I signed and off I went.
They made a regular Joe feel like a VIP.
I had a specific request for wheels and Mark made it happen without hesitation.

I was in the market for a lease and I have shopped around and did my homework on the deal I was looking for.
Alot of the dealerships couldnt provide me with what I needed and continued to insist on what they think I needed. Also on price it was hard to get a straight answer from someone for the bottom line.
I live up north and spoke with Carlos on the phone. He gave me the package that I asked for without pushing anything on me. I made the trip down to see what they had and he was so nice, professional and didnt try to beat me up for things I didnt need. He gave me the best price and he stuck to his word on the quote given. The process to make this happen went smooth and I was out of there with a beautiful new car!!!! I would highly reccommend him for future business. I traveled fifty miles to get to his location and it was worth the trip!!!
I leased a new CTS-V sedan through Rene. He was a pleasure to deal with. I then dealt with Tony and Troy on some service issues. And they too were a pleasure to deal with. Together, they make a great team and would recommend Williamson to anyone in the market for a new car.

Mark Levenson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, price, and all aspects regarding leasing the vehicle. He answered all or our questions, did not try to push us, explained all options to help us get the price we wanted.
